Through engaging group exercises, type-based insights, and development tools rooted in MBTI and EQ-i, participants learn to navigate challenges, foster trust, and lead with clarity. Workshop-based leadership development using MBTI and/or EQ-i 2.0. Teaches leaders to improve communication, engagement, and performance by leveraging type and emotional intelligence.

Includes MBTI assessments interpretation, team grid, training and breakout activities.

  • EQ-i Only: $2,800-$4,500**

Includes EQ-i 2.0 assessment interpretation, emotional intelligence model, and application to leadership.

  • Combined MBTI + EQ: $4,000-$6,500**

Integrated team leadership experience with group coaching, training, insight and reflection activities with full assessment suite.​

  • Executive debrief - $500

  • Team leader coaching post-event - $350
