Refund Policy

1. Coaching & Consulting Sessions

Individual Sessions:
- Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund of training investment or rescheduling at no charge.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance are non-refundable.
- No-shows will not be refunded or credited.

** Any assessment charges (MBTI, EQi 2.0/EQ360) are non-refundable once administered to participants.

Packages (e.g., 3-Session, 6-Session Series):
- Refunds are only available prior to the start of the first session.
- Once the first session is completed, the package is considered non-refundable.
- Sessions in a package must be used within 6 months of purchase unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

 

2. Group Workshops, Training & Assessments

-For events canceled by ISSA Coaching, clients will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.


- If a client cancels at least 7 days prior to the scheduled event or assessment, they may receive a partial refund (up to 50%) depending on preparation costs incurred.


- Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event or after assessment access has been granted are non-refundable.

** Any assessment charges (MBTI, EQi 2.0/EQ360) are non-refundable once administered to participants.

 

3. Speaking Engagements & Custom Programs

A non-refundable deposit (typically 25–50%) is required to secure dates.


- If cancellation occurs more than 14 days in advance, no further payment is required.


- Cancellations made within 14 days of the event may be subject to full payment of the agreed-upon fee depending on preparation and reservation commitments.

 

4. Digital Products or Downloads

All digital products (e.g., PDFs, templates, toolkits) are non-refundable once delivered, unless otherwise stated.

 

5. How to Request a Refund

All refund or rescheduling requests must be made in writing to:

Please include your full name, service purchased, date of purchase, and reason for the request. We aim to respond to all requests within 3 business days.

 

6. Policy Updates

ISSA Coaching reserves the right to update this Refund Policy as needed. Changes will be posted on our website with the updated effective date.
