At the core of my training philosophy is the belief that growth begins with self-awareness and is sustained by deliberate action. With over two decades of experience in leadership, team development, and federal organizational training, I’ve seen firsthand how people transform when they understand who they are—not just what they do.
I integrate the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) and Emotional Intelligence frameworks (EQ-i 2.0 and EQ 360) to build clarity, connection, and confidence—for individuals and teams alike. I don’t teach from a script. I engage from experience. My sessions are directive, motivational, and insight-driven, often challenging participants to see beyond titles, tasks, and traits—and instead lean into purpose, performance, and possibility.
Every client is different, and so is every session. My role is to act as a mirror, a guide, a motivator, and a method builder—helping people develop the tools they need to lead and grow through the understanding of emotional intelligence, communicate with clarity, and navigate complexity with confidence. Founder Biography
My name is Nader Goudarzi, I am the founder of InSight Specialized Advantage Consulting & Coaching (ISSA Consulting & Coaching), a leadership development, personal growth, and personality-based training & consulting firm based in Philadelphia, PA. With over 30 years of professional business experience, including 15 years in mid-to upper-level management and 12 years leading Analyst teams within the federal government, I bring a strategic approach to individual and group coaching experiences, in addition to organizational development and Executive empowerment.
As a certified practitioner of the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® (MBTI) assessment tool, with 16 years of experience, and certified in the EQ-i 2.0® and EQ 360® emotional intelligence assessment tools, I blend deep psychological insight with practical tools for growth. I have delivered hundreds of MBTI training assessments, developed original leadership programs, delivered thousands of hours in technical virtual and in-person classroom deliveries, along with leadership training.
Known for my motivational, directive, and intuitive coaching style, my tailored insights help clients clarify their strengths, navigate life transitions, and lead with greater purpose and authenticity.
