Terms and Conditions

Welcome to InSight Specialized Advantage Consulting & Coaching LLC (“ISSA”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By using our services, website, or engaging in any consulting, coaching, or training sessions, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

 

1. Services

We provide consulting, coaching, training, and assessment services using tools such as the MBTI®, EQ-i 2.0®, and EQ360® to support organizational and personal growth. All services are customized to client needs and may be delivered in-person or virtually.

2. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate and complete information.

  • Attending scheduled sessions promptly.

  • Engaging fully in the consulting, coaching, or training process.

  • Completing any pre-work, assessments, or follow-up assignments as agreed.

 

3. Fees and Payment

  • Fees for services will be outlined in a service agreement or proposal.

  • Payment is due according to the terms outlined in your invoice (typically [e.g., 50% upfront, 50% upon completion] or [net 15 days]).

  • Late payments may incur a [e.g., 2%] monthly late fee.

 

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling

  • We require [e.g., 24 or 48] hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a session without penalty.

  • Cancellations made with less notice may be subject to a [e.g., 50% session fee].

  • No-shows without notice will be billed in full.

 

5. Intellectual Property

  • All content, training materials, assessments, and resources provided by ISSA remain the intellectual property of ISSA unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Clients may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any materials without explicit permission.

 

6. Confidentiality

  • We are committed to maintaining confidentiality in all coaching and consulting relationships.

  • We will not disclose any personal or organizational information without consent, except as required by law or in cases of potential harm.

 

7. Assessment Tools

  • Use of assessment tools (MBTI, EQ-i 2.0, EQ360) is subject to licensing agreements with the publishers (e.g., CPP, MHS Assessments).

  • Clients agree to complete assessments honestly and understand that results are intended for developmental purposes only.

 

8. Disclaimer of Guarantees

  • While we strive to facilitate personal and organizational growth, ISSA does not guarantee specific results from coaching, consulting, or training services.

 

9. Limitation of Liability

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, ISSA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of our services.

 

10. Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict of law principles.

 

11. Changes to Terms

  • We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website, and continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance.
