ISSA's 4-hour workshop is a powerful standalone session designed for individuals and teams ready to explore emotional intelligence using the EQ-i 2.0 framework. Participants complete the EQ-i 2.0 assessment in advance and receive a personalized report that becomes the basis for interactive coaching and discussion. Through expert facilitation, attendees learn how emotional intelligence influences performance, well-being, relationships, and leadership effectiveness.

Program Tiers:
- Individual EQ Coaching: $600-$850
Includes EQ-i 2.0 assessment and 90-minute coaching session. Higher rate includes an action plan and 1 follow-up.
- Group Session (up to 12): $3,200-$5,500**
Includes pre-assessments, training, and a group analysis report.
