EQ-i 2.0 Overview – Integrated Insights Session (Add-on)
This 2-hour add-on session bridges personality insights and emotional intelligence for a deeper understanding of individual behavior, communication, and leadership impact. Ideal for teams and leaders who have already completed MBTI or EQ-i training, this module unifies the frameworks to highlight how type and emotional intelligence intersect. The session brings practical examples and applications to life, encouraging self-reflection and team awareness.
